Incident Management System (IMS)
The West Virginia Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) awarded Acentra Health a contract for the West Virginia Incident Management System (IMS). Waiver (ADW, IDDW, TBI) and Personal Care agency staff will enter incidents into Acentra Health’s Incident Management System in Atrezzo beginning June 1, 2024.* Atrezzo provides a comprehensive solution for essential care management, data collection and analysis, and an intuitive user experience.
All providers submitting incidents for Waiver and Personal Care members must register in Atrezzo. Providers with an existing Atrezzo account need not register again but should review the training videos and other resources in the tabs below to understand how to use the Atrezzo Incident Management System. BMS and Acentra Health will continue to offer technical assistance and periodic updates during the IMS transition.
Providers can access the new IMS in Atrezzo at https://portal.kepro.com/. If you have questions about the IMS, please email WVIMS@acentra.com
*Please note that the last day to enter new incidents into the WellSky system was May 31, 2024, with follow-up incident information entered by June 14, 2024. The WellSky System will be unavailable after June 14, 2024.
