Registration
All requests for Behavioral Health Services will be submitted Direct Data Entry (DDE) at https://portal.kepro.com.
No request for services will be faxed or authorized telephonically.
All providers of WVCHIP services will have to register for this service whether previously registered or not. Please utilize WVCHIP in your name, for example: Organization name Prestera WVCHIP and the NPI you are registered with for these Services.
